3rd Liechtenstein Brand Day
Today marked the third Liechtenstein Brand Day, which this time focused entirely on the economy. Under the theme “Commitment & Passion,” the event vividly demonstrated how global market leaders, innovative startups, and local small businesses embody and shape their enthusiasm for entrepreneurship in Liechtenstein.
March 26, 2025 – The diversity of the Principality’s economy came to life today at Brand Day, held at the former Swarovski site in Triesen. Around 80 people—either existing brand partners or those interested in becoming one—attended the annual industry event. With over 5,500 companies—ranging from established industrial firms to creative service providers—Liechtenstein is a dynamic business hub in the heart of Europe. What unites them all? The passion with which they develop and market products and services “made in Liechtenstein.”
Liechtenstein's economic innovation capacity
At the event, representatives from successful companies such as Kaiser AG, EMK AG, walsermedia AG, and Etzinger AG spoke about innovation, quality, and entrepreneurship. A particular highlight was the discussion between Hansjörg Goop of “Tschügger” and Philipp Wüstner of the Vorarlberg-based company “VO ÜS,” who, together with moderator Peter Beck, discussed the challenges of operating in a highly competitive market. The event was complemented by personal insights from the creators of regional brands such as Peter Demmel of “Demmel Kaffee” and Uwe Hoop of “Weinbau Hoop.” This diversity of perspectives impressively demonstrated the state’s economic innovative strength.
A Different Kind of Community Involvement
The venue “ZirkuLIE” also demonstrated that community engagement can take many forms. Flurina Seger, Simon Egger, and Clarissa Rhomberg presented the Center for Circular Construction and the various ways to reuse building materials. During the get-together that followed, the Ackerschaft association treated attendees to regional delicacies.
