Demmel Kaffee

Quality meets passion: Peter Demmel is a certified coffee sommelier and runs the Demmel Kaffee roastery, which is known for its focus on quality and roasting techniques.

The coffee is processed using a proprietary, gentle roasting method called Flowroast©, which produces consistent and reproducible roasts. Several times a week, only premium green coffee beans from carefully selected producers are used and lovingly processed by hand. The company is proud of its organic certification and has also received awards from the DLG and iTQi. Demmel Kaffee also supports the “Liechtenstein goes fair” fair trade campaign.

Since 2023, Demmel Kaffee has been a proud partner of the Liechtenstein brand and bears the "Genuss aus Liechtenstein" seal of quality.
