How the guest card is issued for lodging establishments.

WELCOME Adventure Pass

Every guest staying overnight receives the WELCOME Experience Pass free of charge. The guest card not only offers numerous attractive discounts, but also grants access upon arrival to free use of public transportation throughout Liechtenstein. Find out here how you, as an accommodation provider, can issue the WELCOME Experience Pass.

What system do you use?

PMS systems or channel managers are most commonly used by hotels.

Check with your provider to see if any special settings are required to issue the WELCOME Experience Pass. Ideally, the card will then be sent automatically via the channel manager. Some channel manager/PMS systems also offer the option of pre-check-inlinks. 

If you don't have a PMS system or channel manager, use thepre-check-in form via the Feratel web client (see Deskline/Feratel for instructions).

Ideally, collect all guest information as early as possibleso that the WELCOME Experience Pass can be created and and sent to the guest . It is important to record all guest information, including that of any traveling companions. To keep the process as simple as possible, we recommend that you arrange for the pre-check-inlink to the guestin advance.

Benefits of Pre-Check-in

  • Guests can use public transportation free of charge to get here and find more information via the Welcome App.
  • The guest information has already been entered correctly and completely into the system and only needs to be confirmed by the host.
  • There is no need to go to the front desk.

Procedure Pre-Check-inLink
The guest receives a link to the precheck-in form, where they can enter their own information as well as that of their traveling companions, including passport details.

  1. Once the form is completed, the accommodation provider will receive a notification.

  2. The accommodation is confirmed in the system by clicking " Save as a preliminary booking."

  3. Guests receive the WELCOME Experience Pass three days before arrival automatically for themselves and their traveling companions at the provided email address

To ensure that all emails are delivered correctly, the property must enter the following sender addresses in the booking.com extranet. Iespecially if Booking guests are registered with the anonymized booking.com address (e.g., abc.02354@guest.booking.com):

Important email addresses to save:

  • noreply@holidayservice.info → Invitation email for registration in the WELCOME app

  • lca01@feratel.tv → Shipping of the WELCOME Experience Pass, including MobileTicket and PDF link

Airbnb does not display guests' email addresses directly. Therefore, please contact guests via the Airbnb chat and send them the Pre-Check-in form to fill out their complete guest information.

The guest did not receive the WELCOME Experience Pass

In rare cases, the email may end up in the junk or spam folder. Guests are therefore asked to check these folders first. If the email has not been received, the reservation can be created manually.
