Digital Guest Card
In a nutshell
The “WELCOME Experience Pass” is the digital guest card for overnight guests in Liechtenstein and has been available since June 2025. It provides discounted access to various attractions and free use of public transportation. At the same time, it sustainably enhances Liechtenstein’s appeal as a tourist destination. In the first year, approximately 85,000 guest cards were issued.
The “WELCOME Experience Pass” strengthens Liechtenstein’s position as a modern and sustainable tourism destination. Guests benefit from attractive added value, while tourism service providers gain additional visibility. At the same time, the program encourages the use of public transportation. In this way, the “WELCOME Experience Pass” meets the key expectations of modern guests for simple, digital, and sustainable solutions.

The “WELCOME Experience Pass” was developed in close collaboration with the tourism industry. Hotels and leisure and cultural venues, such as museums, are actively involved and benefit from increased visibility. Partners such as LIEmobil also play a key role in implementing the program.
The guest card is automatically provided digitally to overnight guests before their arrival. It is available as a PDF, in the mobile wallet, and in the “WELCOME App.” The app brings together additional information on the weather, events, and excursion options, and supports a connected guest experience in Liechtenstein.
