Guest Survey
In a nutshell
The visitor survey conducted by Liechtenstein Marketing shows how visitors experience their stay in the Principality. The survey is conducted annually from April to March, with over 2,000 participants each year. The results provide valuable insights into visitor satisfaction, needs, and the use of tourist attractions.
The survey highlights how Liechtenstein is perceived as a travel destination and identifies areas for targeted improvement. It serves as a key foundation for data-driven decisions and supports strategic positioning in line with Liechtenstein Marketing’s Strategy 2026–2030. At the same time, it sustainably enhances the destination’s quality and competitiveness.
